We collect both personally identifiable information from you and non-personally identifiable information about you on this Website. We collect only information necessary in order to give you the best possible service and match you to your perfect partner.
Personally identifiable information
When you initially register you need to supply your forename, age, height, build, gender, rough location (country, area and town), a password, an ideas of where you heard about us, and an e-mail address. Your email address is used to send you your own personal Dateclub membership number. Note that we do not collect your full address or telephone number and our sole point of contact with you is your e-mail address. We will only e-mail you with details regarding your membership. We do not sell, rent, lend or in any other way release your email address to organisations unconnected with Dateclub.
Once you have logged in you then have the option of supplying us with further information relating to your lifestyle which is used solely to enable us to create a better match between members. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check and update the information that we hold about you at any time by clicking the Update Profile link. You can delete your profile at any time by clicking the Delete Profile link. Unlike some other sites we do not store "Cookies" on your PC as we respect your right to be fully informed and in full control over what is stored on your PC.

Our Web servers collect the following information to improve our service by adapting our pages to display correctly on many different platforms, and also to record number of visitors, page impressions etc.

Premier Membership
Our payment systems are run by WorldPay, an Internationally recognised secure credit card authorisation firm. Your card details and address information are collected and stored by WorldPay, not by Dateclub Ltd. Opt out Policy
Dateclub values the privacy of its members and as such will not pass your contact/e-mail details onto any third-parties. You may from time to time receive e-mails from Dateclub itself in response to your queries and questions. We may also from time to time send members e-mail regarding e.g. reminders to read messages or add your photo etc. If you do not wish to receive such e-mail simply click the link at the bottom of the e-mail and you will not be sent any further correspondence.
